Job Purpose
The Digital Presence Specialist carries out various activities across AXA entities to ensure Digital assets (Domains, web applications, mobile apps, social media, etc.) are compliant with Group Security instructions. The main activities will be to verify standards are met. If not, inform the entities about deviations and ensure they quickly remediate the issues.
Ultimately, apply sanctions such as requesting the shutdown of the concerned asset. He/She will also report to Group relevant Governance bodies and key stakeholders about this assurance activity.
As part of this job, the candidate will also manage the relationship with the providers of the services used to perform our activities (Registrars, Attack Surface Management service providers, Security Rating Service, etc.). It includes SLA monitoring (when applicable), contract renewal, invoice and budget tracking, according to AXA GO internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities Provide expertise and guidance for problems or questions around Digital standards (Support level 3).
Define and perform controls to verify AXA's digital assets are compliant with Group standards.
Review AXA's digital assets vulnerabilities against risk appetite.
Log control results and collect evidence.
Deliver status updates and recommendations in a timely manner to the necessary stakeholders.
Capture, control, and report on digital risks at the AXA Group level.
Provide technical support to AXA's entities through the entire lifecycle and ecosystem of domain name management in a secure way.
Identify opportunities and drive projects to further improve digital presence tools & activities, with a specific focus on quality, efficiency, and security.
Coordinate resolution to any deficiencies observed and make recommendations to affected stakeholders. Check effectiveness of corrective actions.
Support AXA Group with targeted actions to control the divestment and onboarding of entities from a Digital presence point of view.
Manage the relationship with external providers, procurement, and finance teams.

Your Profile Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Overall experience in IT working on Digital projects: 3 years.
Experience of working in large and matrix organizations: 2 years.
Management experience working with individuals and teams from diverse cultures: 2 years.
Experience in project management would be appreciated.
