.At ING we are looking for Digital Paid Media ExpertYour role and work environment:We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Paid Media Expert to join our Brand Experience Team.The responsibility of this team is to plan and execute multichannel paid media campaigns ensuring business acquisition and brand awareness objective.Your key responsibilities:As a Digital Paid Media Expert you will:Digital strategy:Ensure the evolution and optimization of the digital cross-cutting paid media strategy (sem, display, programmatic, social...) with the aim of becoming pioneers in the industry and making the investment as efficient as possible.Leading relationships with key digital stakeholders such as Google to take our strategy to the highest level.Execute data activation strategy of first and third-party data, adapting it to industry changes and regulations.Product & Brand Strategy:Understand business and brand needs, ensuring objectives achievement by executing an adequate acquisition and branding strategy.Plan, implement and manage marketing campaigns through online and offline media to maximize digital sales. Ensuring maximum reach, visibility and ROI, monitoring campaigns performance along with overall bank's acquisition results.Good quality leads optimization following metrics as final conversion and lifetime value.Efficiency and data fluency:Continuous analysis (media channels, web analytics, business and competion), to implement improvements in planning.Media budget execution and coordinate media agency to achieve maximum efficiency and optimal media mix by product and target.Follow up agreements negotiated with media to achieve maximum cost efficiency.What are we looking for?Want to know if this job is made for you? And if the shoe fits... don't hesitate to apply!The ideal candidate would have 5/6 years of experience executing acquisition strategies through paid media in advertisers, media publishers or media agencies.The candidate should be passionate about digital world and new environments (value-based bidding, cookieless, AI...) and preferably have previously worked managing and challenging suppliers such as Google, Amazon, etc.The candidate should have a marketing and communication global vision and online marketing channels knowledge (SEM, Programmatic, Social...), including their contribution to sales in every stage of digital funnel. Knowledge of offline channels (TV, Radio, OOH) will be considered but is not necessary, we can teach you!Technical knowledge of digital marketing tools, including optimization and purchasing (Adwords, DSPs, Facebook Ads, DMP...), ad serving (GMP), web analytics (Adobe Customer Journey, Tealium) and data management (CDP) will be needful.The candidate should be able to take the initiative, be flexible, have a curious, analytical, and creative mindset.
