Overview Como Digital Operations Specialist en el equipo de Publicis Connection by Zenith, serás responsable de dar seguimiento y optimizar la ejecución operativa de las campañas de medios digitales de uno de los principales clientes de la agencia, relacionado con el sector beauty. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de planificación de medios, especialistas digitales y servicios al cliente para garantizar el éxito de las campañas y el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
Tu día a día: Seguimiento de planes de medios digitales: Seguimiento y optimización de las campañas, asegurando que se cumplan los KPIs y objetivos establecidos.Cierres de facturación de campañas de medios: Gestionar el proceso de facturación, asegurando que se cierre en tiempo y forma con los proveedores de medios y plataformas. Resolver discrepancias y asegurar la correcta asignación de costes.Alimentación de modelos econométricos: Recopilar y estructurar los datos de campañas digitales para alimentar los modelos econométricos utilizados para medir el rendimiento y la efectividad de las campañas.Optimización de campañas: Realizar análisis operativos, detectar posibles áreas de mejora en la ejecución y trabajar con los equipos correspondientes para implementar optimizaciones.Extractos de datos en DV360: Extraer datos relevantes de campañas en DV360, asegurando que los informes sean completos y precisos.Qualifications Título universitario en Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación, Economía o afines. 2-3 años de experiencia en operaciones o planificación digital. Conocimiento de herramientas de medición y análisis de datos (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.) y con DV360 a nivel de reporting y extracción de datos (no hacen falta conocimientos de activación). Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas de facturación. Capacidad de organización, atención al detalle, habilidades de comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
