As key role in our Digital team, you'll boost the Digital Office activity, with the aim of promoting the acceleration and implementation of the Digital Strategy through the organization, reaching new opportunities in the interactions with customers, interest groups and Ferrer's people, and company culture.

Responsibilities Proposes, promotes and leads Ferrer's Digital Office development, providing strategic vision and expertise in the digital transformation discipline. Ensures the correct digital interaction in the design and conceptualization of Ferrer's digital experiences. Understands and catalyzes the business and client vision in the development of projects, between business and technology teams. Proposes and designs conceptualization and adoption frameworks for the development of Ferrer's digital strategy. Guarantees the design and execution of UX/UI in the design of digital products and services. Collaborates with Communication and other areas involved in the design and application of the corporate Design System Is responsible (owner) for the management of assigned projects: planning, resource management, achievement of objectives, management of deviations and team coordination Promotes and leads with other internal teams the development of projects linked to new digital value propositions, ensuring alignment with Ferrer's digital strategy. Defines and collaborates with other areas in the design of training plans and dissemination of digital culture in the company. Why Ferrer? You will rock at this role if you match with:

Bachelor's degree and Master or MBA in Digital (internet, innovation, …) Prior experience working in digital & strategy consultancy, minimum 8 years, leading digital transformation projects and teams in global/complex organizations. Prior experience in UX/UI and defining digital value propositions based on customer centricity perspective. Prior experience in healthcare sector. Strong innovation methodologies (design thinking) and project management skills, with a proven track record leading multifunctional teams. Excellent written and spoken communication skills (minimum English and Spanish) Innovative, upbeat and Team player who loves working with diverse and cross-functional teams.
