You will coordinate the strategy for own eCommerce, e-Retail and CRM, driving sales for Guerlain.Com business in line with the business ambition while contributing to Brand Elevation by building relevant partnerships and ensuring the perfect execution of product launches and commercial activations.The main MISIONS will be:Management and Coordination with Central, Creative Agency and Media Agency for Media (TV, OOH, Print) & Digital Campaigns, (CTV, Display, Social Media and VOL): Strategy Definition, Media plan construction, media & digital assets production and validation, previews and tracking coordination.Measure and report performance of all media & digital campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Be aware of Media & Digital trends and novelties and promote the institutional relationship.Management of Media & Digital plan budget.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistencyPermanent contact with Communication and PR Department for 360a Media & Digital Campaigns and events.Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM CampaignsManage and coordinate with Central and Retailers all posts displayed on Retailer's Social Media profiles.Train internal teams to be updated on digital trends and brand activities.2.
