Fever has developed a proprietary technology that inspires a global community of over 125M people through personalized and curated experiences in their local city whilst empowering entertainment and event creators to reach new audiences and enhance their experience.Sounds amazing, right?About the roleThe Digital Media Librarian reports to the Audiovisual Production Manager and plays a vital role in the management of assets and orchestration of content delivery across Fever.
This role will work closely with the Creative Marketing, Photography, Design, Data and Growth Teams, and Digital Assets Management stakeholders to implement workflows, metadata strategies, and tool integrations.
Will also help with general user support, troubleshooting, site analysis, and system audits.Ingest audiovisual materials and creative assets to the DAM system; perform quality control of files; embed required metadataCatalog assets using best practices for describing records; follow metadata standards, adhere to language/formatting guidelines, use controlled vocabulariesPerform quality control for record data, including usage rights; audit existing metadata as neededImplement workflows that streamline how digital assets are shared and used across teamsControl of file management and storage tools, analyzing their performance and usage and improving the processes related to themProvide technical support for system users and troubleshoot issuesManage DAM user accountsHelp train new and existing users; assist the development of user tutorialsAbout YouMinimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Digital Media Librarian or a similar role in a high-volume environmentExperience in CMS (Content Management Systems), metadata standards, digital rights and database management, and cloud-based storage platformsFamiliarity with data governance principles and rights managementExperience in integration of new file management and archiving tools or/and processesStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detailAdaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environmentWorking knowledge of digital/graphic file formats and proficient in Adobe Creative SuiteStrong organizational and project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and work independentlyInterest/experience in UI/UX designDegree in Library Science or Information Studies desirable, or equivalent education and/or experienceA growth mindset, focused on embracing innovation and tackling new challengesEntrepreneurial mindset, skilled in problem-solving and developing creative, unconventional solutionsBenefits PerksOpportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader40% discount on all Fever events and experiencesWork in a central Madrid location, with a hybrid working model and a flexible schedule.Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growthGreat work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with!Health insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee.English and Spanish LessonsWe have free food, drink and fruit at the office!Gympass MembershipPossibility to receive in advance part of your salary by PayflowThank you for considering joining Fever.
