Flexible entry hours and home office policy.Private medical insurance.Discount in our employee store.Wellness benefits.Christmas lot with several products.What will your challenges be?Strategic definition of the short, medium and long term objectives of each affiliate platform.Collaborate with the local country teams in the definition and execution of digital campaigns.Collaborate with internal/external software developers, UX/UI and CRM teams to ensure flawless execution of digital projects and continuous innovation.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans.Support in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.Monitor ROI and KPIs.Stay up-to-date with HCPs digital media developments to propose improvements and new functionalities.Conduct data analyses and implement strategies towards activity goals achievement in digital platforms.Are you the one we are waiting for?Experience: At least one year of experience working in a digital team or agency.
Education: University Degree.
Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2).
