WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Analyzes Marketing Data; develops and optimizes marketing functions that promote a company's business, brand, products, and services. Develop analytical processes to effectively link marketing strategies to business impact. Translate data ambiguity into insights that drive impact. Unify sales and marketing data to create a holistic vision of the customer. Support Lifetime value calculations to help improve ROI. Lead efforts for senior management dashboard creation. WHAT DO WE NEED Basic Requirements: Min 1 year experience in a similar role for a multinational corporation. Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred). Fluency in English and Spanish. Ability to collaborate successfully with internal teams and multiple senior stakeholders to deliver results. Hands-on experience working with large data sets for reporting/dashboarding. Experience with Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Content Square, Adobe Stack, or similar technologies. Advanced Requirements: Experience with Azure/AWS and Databricks for database management. Fluency in Portuguese/Polish. Experience with marketing/sales campaigns.
