The OpportunityStep into the world of luxury and beauty with Carolina Herrera as our Digital Marketing Specialist. In this dynamic maternity cover role, you'll work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to manage high-impact digital marketing projects that bring our iconic brand to life online. From coordinating creative assets to managing performance campaigns, this role is a unique opportunity to shape our digital presence across global markets.
What you'll get to doCreative Development: Prepare engaging creative assets and toolkits to support digital marketing initiatives.Performance Media Campaigns: Lead digital media campaigns, optimizing for brand reach and engagement.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Communication, Content Production) to ensure cohesive project execution.Agency & Supplier Management: Oversee creative agencies and external partners (including 3D and AR suppliers) to develop assets that align with brand standards.International Media Support: Assist in developing global media guidelines and assets for new beauty product launches across all Puig markets.Asset Management: Keep internal platforms updated with the latest assets, guidelines, and materials.Subsidiary Support: Liaise with Puig's local teams, providing customized materials and monitoring digital activations' success.We'd love to meet you if you haveExperience: 5+ years in digital marketing, with strong performance marketing skills (agency or client-side).Education: Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or Design.Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish.Key Strengths: Agile, collaborative, proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.Industry Knowledge: Appreciation for the luxury and beauty sector is a must.Technical Skills: Proficient in performance marketing strategies, data management, and analytics reporting.
