Grow-Talent.com is working with "Top Workplace" tech business outsourcing company that is looking to hire a German speaking Digital Marketing Specialist for a US-based social media platform client. As a Senior Account Strategist, you will be responsible for assisting Client Account Managers in your designated vertical and region to meet clients advertising objectives and grow revenue through a combination of performance-driven and awareness-driven campaigns.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in pre-launch activities, including but not limited to communicating asset requirements, generating insertion orders (IO), obtaining Deal Desk approvalsCollaborate with teams to gather assets, set up campaigns, and provide client-ready launch reports or screenshot decks as proof of conceptMonitor and track campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Provide ongoing performance updates to Client Account Managers and clients Make proactive recommendations to ensure performance goals are met Perform hands-on campaign optimization on a daily and weekly basisExtract and analyze data to create actionable insights that help drive client successPrepare polished, advertiser-ready wrap-up reports and quarterly business reviews Offer direct client support and expertise via multiple communication channelsLead weekly or bi-weekly client calls, capture action items, and ensure follow-throughAssist advertisers with troubleshooting issues such as pixel placement, ads platform training, and technical bugsRepresent the needs of the Client Account Manager and advertisers to management and cross-functional teamsProactively identify opportunities for process improvements and support ongoing career development
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/Fluent in German and English, both writing and speaking. Direct sales or account management experience is great to have but not a strong requirementStrong digital/social media marketing experienceKnowledge of campaign optimizationStrong understanding of performance and brand advertising metrics, such as CPM, SOV, CPA, Conversion Lift, Brand Lift, Reach & FrequencyExpert skills with Excel and/or Google Sheets and delivering actionable insightsExcellent communication skillsExperience creating reports and dashboards with multiple sources of dataUnderstanding of digital measurement solutionsAbility to cultivate strong relationships with Sales partnersExceptional communication and collaboration skillsQA mindset and high attention to detailQA experience or business analysis experience will be an advantage
