We are looking for a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist to join our team in Valencia (Spain). In this role, you will drive our digital strategies, managing both marketing campaigns and customer relationships through CRM tools. You will play a key role in customer acquisition and retention, ensuring our communication is relevant, personalized, and effective.
What you'll do:Support our digital marketing lead on multiple, varied digital marketing campaigns in Spain.Build, rollout and optimize various PPC campaigns, digital marketing networks and paid social media.Constant analysis and optimizations in our website in terms of Conversion Rate Optimisation and User Experience.Build, rollout and optimize our CRM campaigns and processes.Provide direct support to Octopus Energy's high profile partners, report on insights and relay back to the Digital Marketing Lead.Draft and create written ad content in line with Octopus Energy's tone of voice.Proactively identify and analyze the latest digital trends and tech developments.Be comfortable owning and tracking specific digital growth channels, be they affiliates, price comparison websites or aggregators.What you'll need:You want to change the world and support the mission of mass decarbonization.Be a good self-starter - we'll give you the tools and the guidance, but you'll be able to get going without much hand holding.Ideally you have experience and feel comfortable in a startup environment and/or media agency and you have managed different Digital Marketing projects and campaigns throughout different products and services (experience with E-Commerce is a very nice to have).Experience working with CRM (Hubspot, Zoho, SalesForce, Pipedrive or similar)LOVE DATA. The data will show us what's working, so you'll be thrilled to dig into the results.Have experience and a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, CRM and CRO.Have experience and a strong understanding of data analysis with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Power BI, Tableau or similar.Experience creating, fostering, and improving digital marketing partnerships.Proven success managing Digital marketing and paid media campaigns and programmatic advertising (DV360, Yahoo DSP or similar).Experience creating Reports in Google Analytics and Looker Studio.Love to improve usability, design, content, and conversion in a user journey.Have a good understanding of Google's Marketing Suite, GTM, GA, Ads, etc.Are experienced in marketing across a variety of social media platforms.Have a broader experience across the whole marketing mix with a strong understanding of modern marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice.Native Spanish & a high level of English speaking is a must.This is an important role based in Valencia.
