A job that matters: your tasksIn close collaboration with local markets, design, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert sales prospects into customers using digital channels like email, social media, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot).Implement strategies to maximize ROI and ensure continuous improvement in conversion rates.Develop digital marketing strategies and align them with the company's global objectives while tailoring those to meet the specific needs of individual countries.Leverage insights from market trends and analytics to recommend strategic adjustments.As business owner, lead the implementation and management of marketing automation tools in cooperation with the IT department to run targeted and personalized email campaigns.Set up and manage templates, landing-pages, workflows, segment audiences, and analyze campaign performance to refine future efforts.Develop and manage social media strategies across global platforms, ensuring the use of relevant tools like Vista Social.Align social media efforts with broader marketing goals and local market needs.Act as the primary point of contact for country teams, sharing best practices, tools, and templates to support their digital marketing efforts.Conduct regular training sessions on tool stack (e.g., Pardot, Vista Social) to ensure consistent and proper execution and skill-building across markets.Serve as the liaison between local marketing and MarCom team, providing feedback on local content requirements, market specifics, and emerging trends to enhance content relevance and effectiveness.Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the success of digital campaigns and lead-generation efforts.Generate actionable insights through data analysis and regularly report performance to stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital channel innovations, and competitor activities to proactively adapt strategies.Advise markets on adopting new technologies or approaches based on global and regional insights.An experience that matters: your skills3-5 years in a similar position with a strong digital marketing background and creative mindset.An eye for details of state-of-the-art digital presence (website/landing-pages/emails/posts).Extensive experience and knowledge in email marketing.Experience in social media marketing is a plus.Profound understanding of content strategy, managing marketing campaigns/projects, and having outstanding collaboration and communication skills within a multicultural international environment.Technical and business understanding with hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).Technical understanding and hands-on experience with Vista Social or Brandwatch is a plus.A workplace that matters: our offeringHealth insuranceFlexible remuneration (childcare ticket, transport ticket, restaurant ticket)Life insuranceBaby basketFree fruit in the office twice a weekdormakaba program takes care of you (employee wellness program)
