Job Description Your mission will be to implement and develop digital acquisition campaigns, maximizing customer growth at cost-effective levels. The primary duties of this position include developing digital advertising campaigns, reviewing analytics, and making appropriate suggestions based on the resulting data.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will:
Be responsible for managing Performance Digital MKT Campaigns (including the paid social channels, Facebook – Tik Tok – Twitter, Paid Search and Inapp Recruitment, etc.) through end-to-end management of strategy, execution, optimization, and insight generation. Work cross-functionally with members of our team, analytics, creative, and technology groups to build, develop and execute Digital marketing campaigns for Acquisition Channels. This includes A/B tests and the introduction of new operational processes. Execute media-buying across several Latam and EU territories, ensuring optimizations to achieve high levels of growth with an ROI-focus. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including financial performance. Qualifications You are the right candidate if you have:
Experience with a track record of delivering success in a similar role. You are a Digital Marketing Student. A strong understanding of Paid Social, Paid Search, or in App Conversions landscape. A good understanding of Digital Marketing KPIs. Fluency in English. Ideally, you will also have: Experience using Facebook Business Manager (FBM) as well as leveraging other social platforms and digital channels (email Mkt, affiliates, Online Display, MMP Platforms, etc.).
