In this role, you will be the point-of-contact within the marketing organization for website measurement, A/B testing, and optimization. This individual will partner with content, communications, UX, and tech teams to prioritize measurement capabilities, develop and maintain dashboards for various marketing campaigns, and serve as subject matter expert on website optimization, SEO, SEM, and email. You will develop a detailed understanding of digital marketing (SEO/SEM in particular) and understand the long-term financial impact of customer behavior trends.The right candidate will be a well-versed analytics professional with previous experience in web analytics and/or A/B testing with search marketing expertise. They should exhibit a high level of proficiency when speaking to website measurement and have the ability to articulate data and insights to cross-functional stakeholders. They will develop deep search channel insights/SEO/SEM in partnership with other marketing teams and internal stakeholders. This individual will balance their subject matter expertise with strong communication skills when providing analytics and testing support for partner teams. Their experience should include familiarity with marketing analytics, cross-channel measurement, and A/B testing concepts. They should also have the technical know-how to troubleshoot web analytics implementations and communicate tracking requirements to development teams. The Digital Marketing Manager should be passionate about our customers and must have proven analytical capability, project management skills, and the ability to multi-task.Key job responsibilitiesLead website management, search marketing (SEO/SEM), and email.Manage web analytics reporting and measurement for the AGS marketing content site, create dashboards that enable marketers to measure the effectiveness of their channels and/or programs, and maintain a rigid testing culture while executing A/B tests to drive towards business goals.Develop and execute various website tests to drive acquisition, engagement, and traffic improvements.Regularly audit web analytics implementation to ensure data accuracy, and work with development teams to address issues and/or recommend new tracking capabilities.Conduct in-depth analyses to refine our understanding of the search space and uncover optimization opportunities
