The company combines local markets expertise with payment technology enabling global merchants to successfully expand their business into high growth, emerging markets while eliminating the many operational complexities of managing cross-border payments. Our strategy has created a differentiated model in the payments landscape. Our team is growing and we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to be based in Barcelona. The digital marketing role is focused on driving impact for PayRetailers' acquisition efforts of new customers through marketing.
Job Duties And Responsibilities:Lead and own digital marketing campaign development, from concept creation to execution with the objective to drive effective leads generation for customer acquisition and top line growth.Act as a trusted consultant to internal customers such as PMs, countries, and regions to advise on integrated marketing campaigns to ensure a strong brand presence across all touchpoints.Extensively collaborate with multiple teams to ensure consistency of digital marketing strategies, concepts, and launch readiness in alignment with the brand strategy and product management.Manage the localizations and optimizations of the local webpage. Manage landing page creation, web translations, and local SEO optimization.Take ownership of the Digital Marketing campaign development, proactively assessing and improving the way of working.Execute, monitor, and report on the performance of campaigns and lifecycle journeys by creating dashboards and campaign funnels in Analytics, and/or Google Data Studio, with a goal of making recommendations for changes.Develop a testing strategy to continually optimize prospective customer journeys.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our CRM meets the needs of our customers and drives business value.Hands-on creating landing pages and connecting with our CRM.Assist in the creation of new data integrations and predictive models based on customer behavior through big data analysis, in order to create event triggered campaigns, web/product personalization, and identify new business opportunities to improve the Customer Lifetime Value.Experience And Qualifications:Experience planning and implementing B2B marketing strategies, including content marketing, performance marketing, and sales enablement.Extensive experience managing search campaigns across different platforms, with a focus on Google Marketing Platform (SA360, Campaign Manager, GA).Strong B2B acquisition experience across multiple channels at scale (ideally in a SaaS tech environment).Energetic, commercial, and performance-driven team player with entrepreneurial spirit and strong marketing and commercial execution abilities.Digitally driven mindset to prioritize pragmatic value-driving activities with a measurable impact.Have an analytical mindset and be able to easily recognize gaps and opportunities.Used to live and work in a multicultural environment, with experience in leading global teams.5+ years of professional experience in an international environment in the marketing function with a strong focus on digital and performance marketing.At least 3 years' experience of working with a CRM system.Advanced level of Spanish and English.Creative mindset and ability to appropriately challenge the status quo.Ability to overcome obstacles.What We Offer:Competitive salary!Opportunities to grow within a company in hypergrowth stage.Additional days of holidays!Private health insurance.At least one day of home office per week!Free language classes.Individual development plans.Excellent work environment and good collaboration.Free coffee/tea, fruits and snacks from the company.Possibility to increase your net salary through our flexible retribution partner!Quarterly Team buildings.
