We are seeking a proactive and skilled Mid-Level Digital Marketing Manager to support the implementation of our digital marketing strategies for the CRM and Customer Experience (CX) sectors.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will work closely with sales teams across the UK and Spain to execute demand generation campaigns, manage external agencies and freelancers, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution & Support : Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to plan and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, and social media, with a focus on generating leads and driving conversions.
Agency & Freelancer Coordination : Manage external marketing agencies and freelancers to deliver content, creative assets, and digital campaigns, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Lead Generation & Nurturing : Execute lead generation campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, working with the sales teams to optimise lead nurturing and conversion.
Marketing Automation & CRM : Support the use of marketing automation tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign or similar) and CRM systems (e.g., SugarCRM or similar) to segment audiences, build automated campaigns, and report on performance.
Co-Branded Campaigns : Coordinate with partners to deliver co-branded marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives.
Event Support : Assist in the planning and execution of both in-person and virtual events, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
Website & Data Management : Help manage content updates and campaigns on the company's digital platforms (WordPress, Webflow), while ensuring effective data flow and integration through tools like Zapier or Make.
Collaboration with Sales Teams : Work closely with sales teams in the UK and Spain to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, track leads, and ensure the successful handover of leads from marketing to sales.
Campaign Reporting : Regularly track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights to the Senior Marketing Manager and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Skills & Experience: Language Proficiency : Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with teams and stakeholders across the UK and Spain.
Campaign Management : Hands-on experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and social media.
Marketing Automation & CRM : Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., SugarCRM or similar) to optimise customer journeys and lead management.
Project Management & Problem Solving : Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and solve problems efficiently.
Attention to Detail & Initiative : Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B technology or consultancy.
Experience working closely with sales teams and managing external agencies.
Proven success in demand generation and digital campaign management.
