It helps production, purchasing, and sales decision makers to optimize their revenues and reduce their losses.ABOUT THE ROLE:We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities in a productive, energetic, and positive work environment. You will be responsible for leading, planning, building, implementing, managing and overseeing all aspects of the digital marketing strategies. This is a key strategic role within the company that will be integral in achieving their ambitious goals and business objectives.RESPONSIBILITIES:Build a strong understanding of the core audience and the market, identifying current trends and insights.Identify strategic challenges to generate leads and develop the engagement of the key accounts.Develop and execute a B2B marketing growth strategy, leading the marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their implementation.Lead on integrated marketing approach across B2B audiences.Drive brand awareness via social media actions and a strong content pipeline that speaks to the audience needs.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as SEM, SEO, Design, Copy and Localisation, Research to deliver impactful campaigns.Identify ways to improve or enhance marketing team processes.Lead selection of and collaboration with marketing partners (e.g., agencies, publishers, complementary solutions, etc.) to deliver results.Optimize the Marketing budget.WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:5+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing, with experience leading and developing people.Demonstrable experience driving lead generation through digital channels and working with major technologies.Experience across all aspects of B2B marketing: brand positioning, target persona identification, digital leads generation, leads nurturing and conversion, events & PR, content marketing & thought leadership.Hands-on executor with strong project management skills, result-oriented and focused on action.Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to work efficiently across teams.Agile, adaptable and autonomous.Proven experience leading, engaging, and motivating a growing team.Languages: Spanish and English. Any other language is a plus.
