As the Digital Marketing Manager for Simplr, you will lead the paid digital marketing strategy for B2C and B2B and be an influential part of defining the global acquisition strategy. From determining appropriate audience segmentation, media plans, bid strategies, advanced analytics, and insight generation, you'll help shape the marketing of Simplr and grow its customer (users/businesses) base.In this role, you will work with a cross-functional team across Product, Sales, Success, and Support to align the digital marketing strategy with the evolving needs of the users (consumers or businesses). If this sounds like you, let's talk!Main FunctionsWork with his/her manager in the definition of the annual marketing calendar aligned with Simplr P&L; to support the businessgoals for B2C, C2B, and B2B2C.Develop, manage, measure and adjust the implementation of digital initiatives and paid media strategies that meet business objectives (qualified traffic volume and sales leads) across B2C, B2B and B2B2C.Lead a team of designers and marketing contributors, (including hiring & training in the future) to ensure the workload is aligned with the business goals, reaching the schedules and deadlines.Identify the best agency(cies) to work across different paid channels. Ensuring the best campaign performance, KPI´s achievements and insights to identify and shape our buyer's persona.Optimize marketing spend vs product funnels and marketing campaigns to reach Simplr growth goals.Work in cross-collaboration with Acquisition & Enablement, Success, Support, Product and the rest of Marketing to identify new ways to enhance funnel for increased campaign effectiveness
