Introduction
Centro Ka is a collaborative group dedicated to holistic well-being. Our mission is to promote mental, emotional, and spiritual health through counseling, breath work, and other methods and activities that promote positivity. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to help enhance our online presence, engage with our community, and promote our services. Passion for wellness, counseling, and holistic healing practices is a must.
Objectives
The primary objective of this internship is to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that increases our visibility, engages our audience, and drives traffic to our services. The intern will gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and community management.
Interns will be paid a percentage on every session/event booked through their work/channel/initiatives/contacts. Such incentive is compatible with also receiving an Erasmus grant/scholarship. They will also be paid a monthly contribution for the first 2 months, to be reviewed and evaluated for the remaining months.
Key Responsibilities
Research and analyze current social media trends and best practices in the wellness and healing industry.
Develop a social media strategy aligned with our organizational goals and target audience.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns.
Content Creation and Community Engagement Create engaging, high-quality content (images, videos, graphics, and written posts) for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with counselors, breathwork specialists, and energy healers to produce informative and inspirational content.
Foster a positive and supportive online community by engaging with followers and encouraging discussions.

Analytics and Reporting Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the performance of content and campaigns.
Provide regular reports on social media activity, growth, and engagement, along with recommendations for improvement.
Use insights from analytics to refine and optimize the social media strategy.

Conversion Campaigns Advertising on different platforms, PPC, ecc..
Experiment with different types of content and strategies to identify the most effective approaches.

SEO and Hashtag Strategy Conduct keyword research to optimize social media content for search engines.
Develop and implement an effective hashtag strategy to increase the visibility of posts.
Stay updated on SEO best practices and adjust strategies as needed.

Training and Development Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay current with social media marketing trends and tools.
Share knowledge and insights with the team to collectively improve our social media efforts.

Qualifications
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, C1 in English, B2 in Spanish.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing content.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is preferred.
Passion for wellness, counseling, and holistic healing practices.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this internship, the intern will:
Develop and implement a successful social media marketing strategy, result-based.
Gain practical experience in content creation and community management.
Learn to analyze and report on social media metrics and conversion metrics.
Enhance their understanding of digital marketing within the wellness industry.
Build a portfolio of social media campaigns and content.
