We provide online courses and lessons to students conducted by a team of fully qualified and experienced UK native English teachers in order to help them pass their IELTS/OET/PTE exams.Purpose of the roleWorking as part of the digital marketing team, this position plays a significant role in supporting the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver and oversee social media activity and strategy.
As a crucial part of our brand messaging and customer engagement strategy, this role will focus on creating compelling content and driving lead conversion through social media activity and the power of storytelling.Roles and ResponsibilitiesSocial MediaCurate and manage social media channels (paid and organic).Plan, create, review, and schedule posts/stories.Manage the content calendar based on campaigns and brand messaging themes.Copywriting for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn with clear CTAs and compelling copy in Swoosh brand tone of voice.Manage all social media profiles and groups, ensuring all copy, links, CTAs, imagery, and campaign highlights are up-to-date and relevant.Create and design image assets for social media posts, stories, and groups.Work with the Academic Director and teachers to develop new ideas for engaging content for different target audiences on different social channels.Lead and implement YouTube optimization projects using VidIQ and other resources to enhance SEO.Monitor social media channels for comments and direct messages, responding timely and appropriately.Regularly report on all social media channels including reach, engagement, interaction, and conversions.Research and implement effective follower strategies for company accounts.Keep up to date with key marketplace news sources and re-share relevant content.Research and implement relevant social media trends.Conduct AB testing with posting times for different social media channels.Produce a consistent brand message across all social media channels.Promote blog content on social media channels.Onboard, set tasks, and manage the OET-Superstar program.Conduct competitor research on social media channels.Work closely with the Marketing team to implement ManyChat strategy into social media.Live Webinar SupportCreate streams on Streamyard for live classes.Create live events on Connetics FB.Provide live links for the Sales and Customer Service departments.Provide Streamyard link to the executive from Connetics.Video CreationUse VidIQ for YouTube videos.Video editing for social media channels including stories, posts, and YouTube content.Required ExperienceFluent in English.2+ years of digital marketing experience.BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field.Proven track record of delivering and managing social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.Proven track record of delivering and managing paid social media, specifically Facebook Ads.Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media trends.Skills and experience in creative content writing.Excellent working knowledge of Canva.Design and creation of social media imagery, banners, visuals, and assets.Video editing and creation skills.Able to showcase brand implementation.Desired ExperienceBasecamp project management.Experience in managing and strategizing ManyChat campaigns.Experience with Hootsuite or Buffer.Good working knowledge of Streamyard.Experience promoting blog content.Desirable AttributesExcellent communicator both written and verbal.#J-18808-Ljbffr
