We provide online courses and lessons to students conducted by a team of fully qualified and experienced UK native English teachers in order to help them pass their IELTS/OET/PTE exams.Purpose of the roleWorking as part of the digital marketing team, this position plays a significant role in supporting the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver and oversee social media activity and strategy. As a crucial part of our brand messaging and customer engagement strategy, this role will focus on creating compelling content and driving lead conversion through social media activity and the power of storytelling.Roles and ResponsibilitiesSocial MediaCurate and manage social media channels (paid and organic)Planning, creating, reviewing and scheduling posts/storiesPlanning and managing the content calendar based on campaigns and brand messaging themesCopywriting for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn - appropriate and specific to social media channel with clear CTA and using compelling copy in Swoosh brand tone of voiceManaging all social media profiles and groups, ensuring copy, links, CTA, all imagery and campaign highlights are up-to-date and relevantCreating and designing image assets for social media posts, stories and groups, including:An awareness of face type usage and sensibilities to fit brand identityUnderstanding of colour palette and colour psychology to underline brandLayout and composition awarenessPresenting wording and information on imagery clearly and in a balanced wayType of imagery selection in photography, stock photos, infographic design so it's fit for purposeGeneration of assets based on specification and ensuring correct resolution and formatting for social media asset requirementsWorking with the Academic Director and teachers to develop new ideas for engaging content for different target audiences on different social channelsLeading on and implementing YouTube optimisation project using VidIQ and other resources to enhance SEOCheck all social media channels multiple times a day for comments and direct messages and respond both timely and appropriately in Swoosh tone of voice with engaging and solution-focused messagingRegular social media reporting on all channels including reach, engagement, interaction on a qualitative basis, CTAs and conversions, and analysing social media campaigns to determine areas for improvementResearch and implement an effective follower strategy for the company accountsKeep up to date regularly with key marketplace news sources and re-share any relevant and meaningful content on our social media channelsResearch, keep up to date with and implement any relevant social media trendsAB testing with time and day posting for our different social media channelsProducing a consistent brand message in all social media channels that aligns and promotes with the Swoosh brand identity and visionPromotion of blog content on our social media channelsOnboarding, task-setting and managing the OET-Superstar program, ensuring content is collated and produced in a timely manner and is of sufficient qualityKeep up-to-date with competitor research on social media channels and implement anything which aligns with our brand and visionClosely working with the Marketing team to implement Manychat strategy into our social mediaLive Webinar SupportCreating streams on Streamyard for the live classesCreating live events on Connetics FBProviding the live links for the Sales and Customer Service departmentsProviding the Streamyard link to the executive from ConneticsVideo CreationUsing VidIQ for the YouTube videosVideo editing for social media channels including stories, posts, and YouTube contentRequired ExperienceFluent in English2+ years digital marketing experienceBSc/BA in marketing or relevant fieldProven track record of delivering and managing social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedInProven track record delivering and managing paid social media, specifically Facebook AdsExcellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media trends including how to drive customer engagement, create brand awareness and create compelling content based on the power of storytellingSkills and experience in creative content writingExcellent working knowledge of CanvaDesign and creation of social media imagery, banners, visuals and assetsVideo editing skills and video creation skillsAble to showcase brand implementationDesired ExperienceBasecamp project managementExperience in managing and strategising ManyChat campaignsExperience with Hootsuite or BufferGood working knowledge of StreamyardExperience promoting blog contentDesirable AttributesExcellent communicator both written and verbal.
