Digital Marketing DesignerSummary of the role As a Digital Marketing Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Manager and other team members to ensure that our digital assets meet the highest standards and effectively engage our target audience. Your technical expertise, creativity, and ability to work under tight deadlines will be essential to our success.
In this role you will: Understand the Amadeus business and its relevance to your role.
Provide creative design services, including 2D graphics, presentation design, layout design, and social media design.
Create assets that are optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
Work with the Creative Manager to develop creative assets for Product Marketing and External Communications. Operate with moderate guidance and direction from the manager.
Follow existing procedures and guidelines, offering input to influence decisions within your area.
Recommend new solutions and propose improvements by analyzing various information sources.
Assist in organizing stock assets, including photography, video, and templates.
Adhere strictly to brand standards to maintain a consistent and professional image.
Collaborate with the team to initiate and execute effective online marketing campaigns.
Translate business goals into successful marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Assess consumer market needs and stay informed about customer trends and demands.
Demonstrate reliability, quick action, and high-level performance in functional and technical tasks.
Work efficiently under stringent deadlines.
Identify issues, gather necessary information for analysis, and draw well-reasoned conclusions.
Focus on achieving personal objectives and contributing to team goals.
Our ideal candidate has: Bachelor's degree Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a portfolio showcasing creative design work.
2-4 years' experience with daily, hands-on design work for a medium to large company
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe, Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Proficient in Office 365, specifically in PowerPoint
Familiarity with Sprint methodologies is beneficial.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools
