You will build a local Demand Generation strategy and execute programs (SEO, SEM, retargeting, social, content creation, events, webinars, account-based marketing etc.) - with a mandate to drive quality leads that convert to revenue, and to continually optimise our marketing funnel. You will demonstrate the ability to own programs from ideation to execution. You will report to the Head of Marketing.Responsibilities Act as a consultant convincing your internal audience of the relevancy of your program.Ensure that your proposal is realistic and aligned with the defined KPI.With a growth mindset, you will be able to conceptualise new ideas, formulate strategies and execute new initiatives that drive demand generation.Develop and define the overall marketing approach and specific programs adapted to the dedicated market and/or segment that you have been assigned to and ensure alignment with Business Objectives.Actively engage with Sales in understanding business priorities, aligning them with marketing efforts, and being accountable for results.From a reporting standpoint, establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our demand generation activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers. You will live and breathe data, measuring and benchmarking key marketing metrics including (but not only) number of new leads, opps (units and value), revenue (units and value), ratio of conversion, ROI per campaign. You will build campaign KPI dashboards and communicate on a regular basis with the commercial team
