Digital Marketing Data and Analytics Expert - Consumer Business As an Analytics and Data expert you'll be part of the Digital Marketing Operations team in Consumer Strategy and Marketing. You'll be the expert globally responsible for taking care of data visualization, managing our analytics platform, preparing connections of third parties with our websites and ensuring data quality is up to our standards for our Consumer brands. If you match this description, get in touch!What you'll doETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load), to support data preparation, data modeling, data science, reporting, and dashboarding.Integration of multiple sources with our dashboarding platform Adverity, Adobe Analytics, marketing agency for paid media, ACS for CRM campaigns, stock availability in Magento, sales and returns data.Implementing data governance practices focus on automation to ensure data acquisition, data processing, data consistency, quality, large-scale data storage, and traceability throughout the data lifecycle.Tag management - Managing the connection of 3rd party solutions in our website (ie. implementing tracking pixels to measure activity, new events to be tracked).Collaborate with different internal stakeholders – Insights team (data processing according to data exploitation plans), data Science and other technical teams to understand data requirements and ensure delivery of reliable, high quality data.TechnicsBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Data Science or related field.3+ years of experience in a similar role with experience in the management and maintenance of data integration and governance platforms (Experience with Adverity will be a plus), Database Modelling & Dashboarding (preferably in B2C, e-commerce or online marketplaces).Statistical knowledge and proficiency in SQL. Comfortable with R, Python and Tableau. Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop/Vertica) is a must.Martech and Adtech knowledge in platforms like; Adobe analytics, Braze, Sprinkler, Usabilla, Adobe experience Manager (or other corporate CMS) and with automation tools, i.e. Microsoft Power Automate.Vast analytical problem-solving capabilities & experience.Excellent in working together with other teams and proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment: brand PO, IT, digital operations experts and other stakeholders.Proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
