READ FURTHER HOW YOU CAN GROW IN THE ROLEAs the CRM Digital Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operational processes and procedures that support our digital marketing programs and campaigns to deliver results for ANI's HCP and Consumer brands. You will be in charge of supporting execution, maintenance and continuous improvement of marketing automation functions necessary to enable the marketing team to perform in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You will act as a leader working cross-functionally with key marketing partners, strategic agency partners, digital analytics teams, medical, regulatory, IT, and data providers to yield desired outcomes. This position will require a high capacity for integration and work between different areas, with excellent communication skills, project management, creativity, and focus on results managing multiple projects simultaneously.CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIESBuilding digital/CRM strategy for ANI brands and business cases to gain investments from internal stakeholders.Championing and driving through necessary CRM & digital channels build ups and optimizations ensuring full buy-in from all stakeholders in the business.Building digital strategy for ANI Spain brands and leading digital strategy for brands working closely with marketing teams.Creating and maintaining automated triggers-based campaigns on customer purchase behaviors.Supporting Customer Journey Mapping by analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing lead generation, loyalty opportunities.Working with business and technology stakeholders, service providers, and agencies to gather functional and technical requirements and optimize day-to-day operations; ensuring data meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications working closely with IT.Reporting on KPIs through dashboard creation and internal communication of results and insights.Supporting the development of on-brand direct response oriented cross-channel creative executions.Maintaining and documenting policies, procedures, and standards relating to database marketing and proactively monitoring activity.Working with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of the CRM plan.Designing journey strategies for the maintenance and proper functioning of brand lead generation/loyalty programs
