Validate with Iberia Management and EMEA Leadership and implement in line with local 5-year plan targets.Act as the primary contact for the operational implementation of Digital programs and tools in both countries.Coordinate agronomy innovation initiatives with countries and scout for initiatives that could add value to Corteva's platforms.Continuously coordinate with customers (seeds and crop protection) on their needs, establish connections among them, and foster synergies.Establish processes for validating and supporting country-level innovation in digital activities.Maintain a census of services and their maintenance through an agreed operational mode.Foster company-wide innovation extending beyond agronomy.Work within the digital team to coordinate the service platform with other digital activities to optimize customer journeys and sales processes
