Responsibilities and more: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Agency VA to join our growing global team for part-time and full-time employment. Work Hours: 8am - 2pm PST or EST. Number of hours per week: 6-8 flexible. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing projects, including website development, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media campaigns, email marketing, and PPC advertising. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management. Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related communication. Identify and resolve project issues and roadblocks promptly. Ensure all projects adhere to high-quality standards and agency methodologies. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management within a digital marketing agency or a related field. Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing projects, including experience with campaigns, website launches, and digital content production. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms (e.G., Google Analytics). Proficiency with project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or similar tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with diverse teams. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to track project performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
