The CHC Digital Product Lead LEBI, P&C and PPLS works in close collaboration within BS functional domains, our CHC Digital Tech strategy and stretch alignment with our Business P&C, PPLS and LEBI organizations securing transversal alignment, strategic roadmap definition / implementation and business continuity.
This position is part of the Digital Business Solutions LT organization.
The CHC Digital Product Lead LEBI, P&C and PPLS aims to bring state-of-the-art and cost-effective target ecosystem for business functions in scope while securing business continuity.
This role plays a critical role within the journey that CHC has started to become autonomous and the best FMCH company in and for THE world.
This position will require leadership, motivational and collaborative skills as well as working knowledge of technologies and solutions being implemented with the ability to understand solutions being proposed and how existing solutions can be adapted to match evolving LEBI, P&C and PPLS conditions and needs.
He/She will actively manage business expectations and proactively work on closing any gaps while ensuring strategic principles are maintained.
He/She will need to have good communications and interpersonal skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to all stakeholders while acting as the main technology leader before our Corporate Functions organization.
Main responsibilities
Defines and owns end-to-end LEBI, P&C and PPLS Roadmap in alignment with business stakeholders and the architecture team and supports overall transformation journey.
Tracks comprehensive metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of owned Digital Solutions for CHC to deliver value.
Understand business requirements for the various processes, ability to challenge, interpret and translate them into competitive product solutions.
Accountable in defining and delivering programs and deliveries for the target end-to-end processes.
Act as a technology leader and main Digital representative in the domain of Corporate Functions.
Works in close collaboration with Service Performance Managers/Digital Operations teams securing appropriate SLAs for LEBI, P&C and PPLS Solutions are well established and respected and with CHC Global data organization to define and implement effective data governance (process/organization/tools) to support CHC transformation.
Ensures technology system meets all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements.
Education
Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent in Information Technology or Engineering.
Experience and skills
10+ years of work experience, including 5+ years as technology lead in LEBI, P&C or PPLS areas. Broad background in different sectors with a preference for previous FMCH experience.
Experience managing transversal team and proven hands-on experience with modern technologies, development methods (Lean & Agile practices) and tools.
Proven experience from having led/steered large size complex programs.
Very strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated conflict resolution & problem-solving skills in a global environment.
Language skills
Fluent spoken and written English
