Job Description Summary: Havas is looking for an enthusiastic full-time Digital Learning Designer to support Havas University with regards to its projects and courses. This position will work hand in hand with our Digital Learning Manager and will report directly to the Senior Product & Digital Learning Manager.
What we do: We manage Havas' LMS by creating online courses and encouraging the usage of the Havas University within Havas and for the partnering entities.We mix techniques from journalism, content marketing, social media, and audio-visual production, with a strong emphasis on peer learning and internal collaboration.Why we need you: We are expanding the number of global trainings.We are looking for someone to take full responsibility for previously created training and continue forward with them.This position is ideal for you if: You have proven expertise in storyline (Articulate) or other eLearning software.You have a strong appetite for discovering & understanding new topics in the media & advertising industry.You have proficient English skills, both written and oral – Spanish and French are a big plus.You love technology and creating content (blog, newsletter, infographics, videos…).You like working in a dynamic international environment.Job Description: Mission & Responsibilities: Course content creation from A to Z (from the reception of a brief to the delivery and follow-up of the success of the course).Helping to write and revise scripts based on communication and collaboration with subject matter experts, ensuring content adheres to course outline and learning objectives.Researching content.Creating audiovisual content (ex. interview subject matter experts to validate training content).Course management and editorialization: Support existing trainings (user support and reporting).Providing quality control for all aspects of completed eLearning modules (interactivity, functionality, reporting).Guaranteeing editorial alignment in both content and form.Assure proper storytelling in our editorial choices.Communication and Marketing: Defining the Comms roadmap.Help animating the HR community (visual and audiovisual supports).Newsletter management from A to Z.Internal Banner creation and editorialization.Miscellaneous: Contribute to testing and assuring quality upon delivery of different supports.Course adaptations.Qualifications & Languages: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing.Languages: English (Fluent).Previous experience & Industry background: 5+ years of experience in Learning or HR communications.Media agency, Digital, Tech company, Data company, Consultancy.Soft skills & Competencies: Knowledge sharing programs.Learning programs.Establishment of partnerships.Digital.Analytical.Communications.Project management.Problem-solving.Multitask.Time management.Technical appeal.Pedagogy.Technical skills: Office software.Collaborative tools.Project management software.Presentation and design software.Contract Type: Permanent
