This involves being data-led, having a data mindset and succeeding at reporting data for the People Development & Culture functionABOUT YOUUsing e-learning authoring tools with autonomy and no need to be supervised (Articulate Storyline and Rise)Using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere ) and other design sofware so you can work with digital assets and edit them according to your needs as a digital learning designerWorking for the Learning & Development functionYou have the following knowledge and skills, in Instructional, with an understanding of how people learnExcellent English language skills, both written and verbal, any additional language is advantageousStrong communication and presentation skills to be able to present to an audience your ideas, clearly and with convictionKnowledge of how Learning Management Systems work to be able to work with ours.
