Important Digital Consultancy focused on marketing and communication, seeks to incorporate a DIGITAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER based in Madrid. Innovation and excellence are a key aspect for the stage that the Organization is experiencing, hence the search for this newly created profile, able to leverage and enhance business values in the market and with vision to continue building the foundations to reap new achievements.
Main responsibilities:
Based in Madrid, he/she will be responsible for:
Support the Client Manager in preparing and presenting value propositions to clients in coordination with the area teams.
Design and develop the marketing, communication and content strategy, together with the Client Manager, in order to contribute to the impact objectives and audiences defined by the client.
Define the project requirements, within the framework of agreements and scopes made by the area manager with the client.
Supervise and control the development of the projects in order to comply with the time schedule, quality of the solution and profitability of the project.
Support the Project Coordinator with the client.
Identify opportunities to develop new proposals and present them to the client in order to increase services and revenue.
Supervise and control assigned teams to ensure service, efficiency and people productivity.
Support the client manager in establishing long-term, mutually beneficial and loyal client relationships.
Keep abreast of digital marketing and communication trends.
Collaborate in the activities of attracting new customers, both for your area and for the rest of the business areas.
What do we look for?
Bachelor's Degree, valuable in Marketing, Communication.
Experience of at least 3 years managing accounts, supervising creative teams and coordinating projects in a Digital Communication/Marketing department.
Preferably from marketing agency or digital communication consultancy.
C1 level of English.
