Mission:Your mission will involve developing valuation models and conducting investment analysis, which results key in the company's decision-making process. You will work on investment opportunities for Data Centers processes.Responsibilities:Perform the economic and financial analysis and valuation of investment and divestment projects, in collaboration with business development, financing, taxation, external advisors and partners.Build, develop and work with financial models that guide decisions in acquisition, bidding, and financing processes.Conduct sensitivity analyses, as well as develop various cases to test the robustness of financial structures under multiple scenarios and report the results to Ferrovial' senior management, investment partners, and other relevant partiesPrepare specific "ad hoc" studies relevant to senior management decision-making
