Descripción del rol:Join our team as a Design & Engineering Manager for Digital infrastructures and play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing the design and engineering aspects of our projects. KEY RESPONSABILITIES: Define the Ferrovial design standard solution for Data Centers.Optimize this design to achieve cost and schedule efficiencies.Selection and ranking of engineering firms for Data CentersDefine the Production Design Procedure for DC.Set the Digital Design Plan. Tools and software to be used.Implement and manage a digital platform for efficient documentation management.Settle the DfmA strategy in the design solution.Promote safety, sustainability, and energy-efficient design solutions.Ensure compliance with project requirements and certificationsProvide guidance and support to the Construction & Commissioning Lead.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for design and engineering.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar technical designs.Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish.Excellent knowledge of design and engineering principles.Proficiency in Commissioning processes for Data Centers,and relevant design software and tools. Familiarity with BIM and design coordination.Organizational and time management skills.Collaborative mindset and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency principles.
