Responsibilities for Business Planner Provide a solid understanding of the data center market dynamics of demand and competitive landscape on the target regions. Bring knowledge and expertise related to the client preferences, requirements, contractual SLAs and critical KPIs of the operation of data centers. Deliver inputs for the business model related to the revenue stream, such as rent ranges and CPI revision tolerance. Ensure all commitments at business plan level reconcile and meet corporate growth objectives during delivery and operational phases. Monitor business and operation changes to ensure plans remain current and valid. Perform business process analysis/business impact analysis (BPA/BIA), risk assessments of essential functions and/or information systems in accordance with federal directives and industry best practices. Analyze performance data, highlighting key findings with clients
