Job Description - Digital Implementation Specialist II (240000F6)CWT is one of the world's leading digital travel management companies and as a Business-to-Business-for-Employees (B2B4E) travel management platform, companies and governments rely on us to keep their people connected – anywhere, anytime, anyhow – and across six continents, we provide their employees with innovative technology and an efficient, safe and secure travel experience.Joining us means being part of a market-leading global company, working in a collaborative, multi-cultural and entrepreneurial environment.Position OverviewCWT is seeking for a Digital Implementation Specialist II.Position DescriptionProvides support on pre-sales meetings as SME; provides documented recommendations and summarizes as necessary.Build the OBT in line with customer expectations.Provide implementation coaching to OBT set-up teams.Coordinate other technical resources on the project.Attend and lead OBT Technical workshop for each new implementation.Collaborate with Global Product Owners to provide local expert knowledge with input to product development; attend supplier meetings.Provide regional CR & issue management.Define and communicate standards and best practices in line with CWT requirements.Working knowledge of technical applications used by client implementation function.QualificationsPosition RequirementsExperience & Education:Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent experience.7+ years of experience supporting OBT implementation from front end to site setup.Knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs):Strong organization and time management skills.Ability to work within a multicultural environment.Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communications skills; able to present ideas and results clearly and effectively; able to influence client decision-making; ability to communicate effectively with leadership.Strong working knowledge of technical applications used by client implementation function.CWT is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
