Summary Customer facing digital health consultant with project management skills, who will take the responsibility to deploy successfully projects in the customer facilities, providing pre-sales and sales activities, consultancy services, training services, and post-sales support exclusively oriented on value capture (not incident resolution).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Deploy/Support deployment of Digital Health Solutions in the region and provide support for deployment when geo expanding the solution in other regions (APAC/UCAN). Clinical Software Consultancy to capture the value of our offering. Define and design processes of small/medium sized projects. Provide clinical usage training, and advisory support to the final user. Identify, analyze, propose and document appropriate solutions for problems and issues that may impact the project. Understand the needs and priorities of the business. Promote & Share best practices to be applied in other clients/countries in our region. Qualifications Strong team player. Excellent customer relationship during the whole life cycle of the product/project. Solid business knowledge. Sense of urgency with strong follow-up skills. Strong orientation to the customer balancing the needs and priorities between the client and the Business. Good knowledge of system interfacing using HL7. Desired knowledge of software development tools: C#, .net, html5, css3, JavaScript Web API, Angular JS. High Travel availability position. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred or relevant work experience. Required experience in deploying software projects (desirable for the Healthcare Industry). Demonstrable experience (min. 2 years) in interoperability using HL7 and understanding clinical processes (in nephrology specifically is desirable). Fluent conversational and writing skills in the local language of placement, and English spoken/listening/writing is required. Desirable experience in clinical software development, including software languages and architectures.
