We are looking for a highly motivated multimedia Digital Designer to join our talented team to help scale our growing advertising business. The main responsibility of this role will be to work on various projects that require design skills in sales material, animation, creative design, web interface design, creative projects, and process management. The ideal Digital Designer we are looking for will be able to create graphics with motion and interactivity, including animation, 2D & 3D designs, banners and logos and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders from internal teams.
As a Digital Designer, you will be reporting to the Director of Pre-Sales and Marketing. You will be passionate about digital design, graphic design, video animation, and you will be able to multitask and work on multiple projects and tasks. You will be a part of our Client Solutions team who you will be engaging with on a daily basis. You will also work closely with Marketing and Sales in order to create designs that will support our clients' marketing activities, campaigns, and our own marketing projects and initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities: Create digital design solutions for product graphics, sales material, ad banners for various clients, internal advertising material, 2D animations, explainer tutorials, GIFs, email templates, social media graphics, and websites UI design.Provide the team with creative & design support.Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality.Manage & complete design requests within specified deadlines.Take ownership in supporting our client's campaigns by designing marketing materials, using AI and other design tools.Job Requirements: Digital Design or Graphic Design experience.Proven track record of digital design projects that you have worked on.Knowledge of Graphic design and video animation tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Google Workspace.Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in different locations; liaise with internal stakeholders extensively.High attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.An Ideal Candidate's Profile: A strong Digital Design background with a proven track record of successful projects and tasks.Quality and Quantity driven - you have a strong eye for the aesthetic, and you are able to deliver on projects with quick turnarounds.Self-motivated, responsible, curious, creative, and have a growth mindset.Diversity and Inclusion: At Opera, we deeply value diversity and inclusion as integral parts of our organizational culture.
