Who knows,you might be selected to start your global digital marketing career with us!Role and ResponsibilitiesAs the Digital Creative Producer, you will work on our clients, helping to provide customer experience by:Collaborating with key partners to define, plan, and execute cross-functional creative campaigns with a focus on digital marketing.Managing day-to-day project management, individual project and master calendaring, and inter- and intra-department communication.Supporting the briefing process - helping teams identify and record important details and build informed timelines.Managing creative resources and work - creating and communicating project documents, identifying and resolving changes in scope, and tracking tasks against other work in the queue.Helping streamline workflows across creative teams; processes focused on task, time, and file management, approval protocol, and quality control.Reporting the status of creative initiatives clearly, consistently, and reliably to executive management and team members.Leading production on exciting website, app, and rich media/dynamic digital advertising projects.Meeting with clients, both in-person and remotely, to set production strategy and manage production relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Leading day-to-day communication and project deliverables with internal teams.Managing budget and resources to ensure project profitability.Scoping new projects, including developing budgets, resourcing needs, and timelines.Your CharacterYou enjoy cultivating positive (international) relationships, without compromising on quality.You have a proactive and cooperative approach towards problem-solving.You are able to work independently while also being able to work in a diverse team.You are not easily deterred or distracted, and you have a mature mindset.You are structured and have an eye for detail.You are flexible and have a "rolled-up sleeves" attitude.You are open to troubleshooting with coworkers.
Open-mindedness, when faced with an issue, is a good attitude to have.You have a strong desire to learn and grow in all areas of life.You are hungry for more personal and professional growth in the digital industry!Your Profile+2 years of experience producing one or more of the following types of digital projects for major brands or agencies: websites, apps, and/or complex rich media/dynamic digital advertising campaigns.Fluent in Spanish and proficiency in spoken and written English (Italian Portuguese would be a plus).Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Google Studio, and Photoshop.Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Must build strong relationships with both internal and client teams, with a high degree of empathy.Ability to translate technical needs to both internal and client teams with the assistance of the Technical Director.Competencies in Google Drive products, bug tracking, and other related project management and common communications tools.Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize diverse tasks.
