Those who work hard, make mistakes, but always continue to grow.Denim is in our DNA, our people are our stitching.Join the denim heads making raw denim!As the Digital Content Manager for G-Star.Com, you are responsible for managing the content on our webshop across all territories and devices.Leading a (remote) team of 5, you take ownership of planning, trading and executing the digital content plan in order to elevate the G-Star experience and maximize digital performance.Taking both a global and regional approach, you seek to understand global brand objectives but also market performance in order to deliver a consistent brand experience for users.Highly organized, you are versed in optimizing CMS workflows and managing stakeholders. You have an eye for detail and make sure that G-Star standards and visual guidelines are followed.Leading our online presence from a product perspective, you have a dedicated focus on the go-live process of new products and maintenance of existing products and categories.You ensure high levels of site hygiene are maintained.Working closely with Marketing, you create compelling narratives through our Stories article platform. From product launches to brand initiatives, you integrate storytelling elements throughout our website to captivate and inspire our customers ultimately driving brand loyalty, search volume and conversion.You are analytical and report on campaign and content performance, using a variety of tools, always looking for opportunities to optimize the experience.Customer centric, you consider brand and customer impact before making any decisions.As the Digital Content Manager, you work closely with a number of key stakeholders to deliver the plan:Brand Marketing team including DesignUX, CRO & Product teamsDigital TradeRegional teams in North America, Japan & South AfricaAs G-Star takes our content strategy to the next level, you proactively seek out new opportunities for optimization. Taking ownership for your areas, you drive projects from concept to completion, constantly refining strategies to achieve optimal results.Based in our Valencia office and managing a team mostly based in Amsterdam HQ, you have strong communication skills and can use remote collaboration tools & technologies to nurture team spirit and connect with stakeholders.Your tasks & Responsibilities:Responsible for the content on G-Star.Com across all territories and devices.Owner of Content plan - planning, trading and execution
