The Role & What You Will Be Doing Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Digital Content Management - Global Marketing Operations Responsible role will make an impact: Ensure Vault PromoMats is effectively and efficiently used for key processes related to multichannel content (approved emails/ Closed Loop Marketing (CLM)), portals (content re-use), digital asset, references, and claims libraries. Support as SME the roadmap for Digital Asset Management and the evolution to modular content to fit Viatris needs. Design and execute needed changes in embedding tool and processes across markets. Contribute to maintain seamless connection between Vault, AI tool, Content authoring tool, CRMs systems and Omnichannel Enablement ensuring content management performance. Establish training materials, key documentation (SOPs, WIs, etc.) both for internal employees and external agencies. Identify, Federate, Coordinate the Super User pool owing the global communications on the underlying support processes and systems to Super and End Users. Define key metrics of success and run regular performance reviews to ensure Viatris approach to commercial content management are fit for purpose. About Your Skills & Experience For this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: The ideal candidate will hold a master's degree or equivalent. Experience in Life Science Industry is important for this role. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, at least 3 years' experience on Digital Assets Management processes is a must
