HERE'S WHAT WE'LL DO TOGETHER:
As the Digital Content Lead for G-STAR, you are responsible for managing the campaign content on our webshop across all territories and devices.
Working closely with Marketing and Digital Trade teams, you take ownership of planning and executing the digital campaign content plan in order to elevate the G-STAR experience and maximize digital performance. You strive to deliver all campaigns on time and to a high standard, incorporating best practices and always in line with brand standards and visual guidelines. You have an eye for detail and work to ensure high levels of site hygiene are maintained.
Highly organized, you build process and optimize the CMS workflows. Acting as Product owner and Super user for our CMS (Amplience), you support the regional teams in training, problem solving and delivering for their markets. You work closely with the IT team to align on further development of the program content.
You are analytical and report on campaign and content performance using a variety of tools, always looking for opportunities to optimize the experience. Customer centric, you consider brand and customer impact before making any decisions.
Taking both a global and regional approach, you seek to understand global brand objectives but also market performance in order to deliver a consistent brand experience for users.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Align, localize, build and distribute content toolkits for global regions.
Build marketing campaign content strategy and customer journey.
Build content strategy for peak Trade moments.
Including support of regional coordinators in publishing content on G-Star.com.
Weekly and ad hoc reporting on site metrics and competitor activity.
Use insights to develop and execute strategies to elevate the brand experience and optimize performance on G-Star.com.
CMS super user, train and support regional teams, support in testing.
HERE'S WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
1-2 years of relevant e-commerce experience in Apparel, Fashion and/or Retail Industry.
Experience in managing content of an e-commerce platform on a daily basis. Knowledge of Amplience, Hybris CMS and/or HTML is an advantage.
Ability to generate e-commerce trends and performance reports with Contentsquare and Google Analytics (or similar analytics tools).
Ability to work independently as well as in an (international) team structure.
Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, information technology or fashion.
G-STAR Skill Set:
Hands-on and pro-active with eagerness to develop and learn.
Demonstrate initiative and follow through on all aspects of the role.
An excellent command of the English language, speaking other languages like Dutch, German or French are a plus.
