The team, position & mission: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Content Integration Specialist to join a dynamic team. You will collaborate closely with Digital Platform Content Leads to integrate and optimize content across local websites, ensuring high-quality, responsive layouts.
Your key areas of responsibility as Digital Content Integration Specialist: Content Integration: Manage and maintain content within WordPress CMS across multiple websites. Layout Optimization: Build and refine layouts based on provided templates, ensuring cross-device consistency. Staging & Validation: Oversee the staging process (testing, QA, production), collaborating with stakeholders to validate and adjust content as needed. A/B Testing & Analytics: Execute A/B tests, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve content performance. Quality Assurance: Ensure content is correctly set up, scheduled, and meets quality standards across desktop and mobile devices. Asset Adaptation: Perform basic image adaptation to optimize content presentation across devices. Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing UX enhancements for a better digital experience and content process to optimize the collaboration. As an ideal candidate you have: 3-5 years of CMS experience (WordPress preferred). Understanding of mobile and web-based design constraints, editors, and browsers. Knowledge of HTML5 (CSS is a plus). Experience with Agile methodology, Jira, and Confluence. Proficiency with A/B testing tools and analytics reporting (e.g., AB Tasty). Familiarity with Google Analytics (including UTM creation). Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles. Ability to perform minor graphic editing for layout optimization. Detail-oriented with a passion for efficiency and precision. Fluent in English. German, French, or Italian is a plus. Strong business acumen in digital marketing. Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills. Self-leadership: strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
