The Digital Content Analyst will be part of our Omnichannel Team based in Madrid and reporting to the Digital Content Manager.
This role will provide the department with valuable insights about content and layout structure which will facilitate strategic decision making.
Profile: Your role will be:
Report content performance on a weekly and monthly basis by reviewing data in Google Analytics or Content Square.
Define the best UX and layout needed for each new launch or cultural project for users to better engage with content and establish best content practices.
Identify A/B test opportunities regarding performance in order to optimize key performance indicators and implement them through the web platform.
Support collection launches and cultural moments.
Lead small projects in order to provide new digital experiences to web/app users.
Benchmark best practices in terms of content and navigation paths to continuously propose new ideas and evolve the current site.
What is important for the role: 4-5 years of experience in similar environments working with Google Analytics (Content Square is a plus).
Analytical and numerical skills with a creative aesthetics view.
Understanding of CMS platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus).
Flexible, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work to meet the targets in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with an eye for detail.
Strong communication skills in English & Spanish.
