Your Role and Responsibilities
Role Overview:
The SAP CX Consultant is expected to possess one or more certifications in any of the SAP CX solutions of the portfolio (Commerce is a must). It will be a plus if he has knowledge or experience in one of the other main Commerce solutions on the market (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Magento).
Having this knowledge, the SAP Commerce Consultant must be able to help clients compare the SAP CX solution to the other chosen solution and to help them understand the strengths and shortcomings of each package solution. In addition, the SAP Commerce Consultant at that level should be able to understand the OOTB behavior of the different market Commerce package solutions and identify which one of them meets more closely the client needs.
As a CX Consultant, you will be responsible for leading client engagements, collaborating with team members and with different IBM practitioners, developing deep client relationships, overseeing solution design and build, and delivering the value of the company's professional services. Lead and coordinate resourcing, work planning, and prioritization for the service delivery team. Comfortable operating under challenging situations.
Experience:
Educational and/or professional background in a field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field. Experience with web-related technologies and languages. Experience in management consulting, IT consulting, market research, and/or enterprise software client management is preferred. 7+ years of experience building and managing client relationships and delivering client success. Ambitious in your career and committed to personal and professional growth. Excellent analytical skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Demonstrated experience in CX platforms and/or Digital Commerce. Experience in Sectors: Retail, Telco, E&U.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Languages required: Spanish, English.
