Oxford Global Resources is looking for a Digital Capability Leader for an important multinational company located in Barcelona.
Functions:
Collaborate effectively transversally within the entire digital and industrial affairs organization with a complex stakeholder landscape.
Navigate in the company Digital ecosystem to understand future business requirements and translate those into people and capability needs.
Guide employees in balancing critical upskilling / individual development activities against product line priorities.
Recruit the right functional expert talent and then support their continued development through mentoring, coaching and upskilling.
Lead functional experts.
Set the functional excellence direction within your capability area and ensure its adoption in the product teams where your talent is deployed.
Build the right capabilities (processes, governance, tools, methods, ways of working) for employees to operate effectively in the product team.
Mentor and coach.
Define and deploy upskilling framework.
Evaluate and identify capacity requirements and build/maintain the required level of capacity to support the demand in the product line organization.
Reward and performance management and facilitate cross-organisational knowledge sharing.
Support a product culture mentality by matching people and their skills to product teams.
Support Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
Develop strategic sourcing model for any required external skills/resources.
Knowledge and Skills:
Graduated from Engineering school or Business school.
Master degree.
7+ years working as a people leader of functional or technical experts.
Experience working closely with product managers in an agile environment.
Demonstrated success with leadership and people management in a matrix operating model.
Strong passion for developing and encouraging others.
Experience with leading agile technology development.
Advanced knowledge and coaching skills on how to continuously evolve an organisational Agile mindset.
Background in leading a transformation through personal advocacy, engagement and leadership.
Proven vision, ability to anticipate evolutions due to internal and external factors.
Proven influential skills.
Communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Conflict resolution and problem solving.
Demonstrated those skills in a global environment.
Conditions:
Long term contract. Direct hiring by this multinational company. Starting Day: ASAP.
Location: Barcelona (40% remote work).
