Job Description: Numberly is looking for a Senior Digital Campaign Manager to join its Marketing team in Dubai and support the development of marketing multichannel campaigns and online studies.
Develop and execute comprehensive CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategies for clients across various industries (FMCG, beauty, luxury, etc.
), including data collection, data activation, loyalty programs, and segmentation.
Analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and present reports and results during client meetings.
Efficiently prioritize project execution to meet deadlines and achieve set objectives.
Support campaign execution (email/SMS/Push notifications) from client briefing through to coordinating with internal teams (creative, project management) to implement campaigns targeting the appropriate audience within the campaign management system.
Manage client relationships, taking responsibility for building trust and maximizing client satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and CRM practices to ensure strategies remain innovative and competitive.
Collaborate with the growth team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, ensuring that strategies align with market trends and client needs.
Qualifications: Degree in Marketing (business school, university).
2-5 years of experience with a strong interest in CRM.
Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
Rigorous, autonomous, and possess good communication skills.
Capable of multitasking and prioritizing workload.
Analytical skills and an appetite for technical subjects.
Excellent client relationship skills.
Flexible to work in a multicultural environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
