Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Support Specialist that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.We are looking for a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Support Specialist to manage the delivery of services related to a DAM system. As a DAM Librarian, you will support DAM users in uploading assets, searching and retrieving existing assets, and delivering reports on DAM usage.
Responsibilities: Curate and manage asset collection. Support internal and external (e.g. creative agencies) users for effective use of the DAM system. Provide regular reports and evaluations of the asset collection and DAM usage. Support ongoing development and improvement of the DAM system. Capabilities: Must understand DAM platforms, regulatory requirements, and human information seeking behavior. Must be capable of assessing the available resources and problem-solving and responding efficiently to the demands from different users. Must be able to communicate professionally with a variety of users across a wide geographical distribution. Must be able to understand the culture and business functions in the assigned geographical areas. Experience: Strong IT skills and knowledge of metadata, digital collection management, database management, and database search and retrieval, especially in a DAM system context. Experience in Incident Management roles. Excellent understanding of how DAM fits into a larger picture of a Go To Market approach. Demonstrated experience in a service-based profession. Previous experience as a Librarian in an international online environment is a plus. Competencies: Excellent organizational skills; able to manage time priorities and demands. Able to work independently as well as in teams. Effective professional communication (in-person and virtual). Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelor's degree in library science, Master's preferred. Bachelor's degree in business, information science, computer science, or sociology are acceptable alternatives.
