We are currently looking for a Creative Digital Art Director to join our team based in Barcelona who supports a wide array of local and international clients with their marketing challenges. If you are looking for a challenging and exciting career in the world of digital design, then look no further!ResponsibilitiesFocus on generating and seeking new creative opportunities across digital campaigns and packaging.Run reports on such opportunities in order to optimize existing briefs and processes.Generate new creative conceptual graphic design campaigns.Skills in client management.Co-ordinate the preparation of information for the project brief.Co-ordinate the different deadlines, materials and project specifications.Ensuring assets created by the team are on brief, to spec and on brand.Ensure content is created with the channel specifics in mind, good UI and cross-browser compatibility.Outstanding attention to detail, ensuring all brief requirements are fulfilled.Understand and coordinate all technical specifications supplied by media agencies.Ensure all elements like reference files, brand assets, fonts etc. have been supplied by the Project Manager before commencing work on a brief. If not, flagging any missing assets ASAP.Requirements4+ years of experience in a similar role as part of a creative agency.Previous experience in leading creative digital design campaigns and concepts.Previous experience coming up with ideas/concepts and executing creative assets for different campaigns.An outstanding eye for great design and a passion for delivering creative work.Ability to proactively suggest improvements to brief.Ability to deliver high complexity briefs within a reasonable time frame.A thorough knowledge of key features within Adobe cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).Good understanding principles of good UI and UX.Good knowledge of all the major digital channels and Social Media platforms, including being familiar with their technical specifications.Good knowledge of animation techniques (including typographic animation, illustration & Motion Graphics) and software (After Effects).A good balance between great technical design skills and creativity.Eager to learn and improve new techniques and new tools.LanguagesSpanish (mandatory).English (recommended).Catalan (recommended).Any other languages are a plus.What we offerFlat hierarchy.Friendly, young and dynamic team.Family friendly company.Work equipment as needed for role.Functioning work-life balance.
