At least 4-5 years of experience in various BI projects with solid knowledge in one of the leading BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Einstein Analytics, or Tableau) for data analytics, visualizations, reporting. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.Bachelor's degree or engineering.Full BI lifecycle experience (from requirement gathering to data collection up to the reporting).Strong problem solver and ability to translate business needs into impactful reports.Evangelist for change management and driving digitalization within a multinational environment.Strong business knowledge of the Sales process related to Funnel management as well as performance analysis. Knowledge of CRM systems and SAP FI/CO modules is a plus.Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. Empathic and team player.Highly organized; able to structure and manage large quantities of complex information.Knowledge of Confluence and Jira software is a plus.Proficiency in English and proactive communication effectively with all levels of staff and management.Ability to challenge value and ideas, prioritize on critical paths for success.
