Digital Analytics Specialist - Business Intelligence

Schindler is looking for a Digital Analytics Specialist for its Global Reporting Solutions (GRS) team. As a Power BI Consultant, you will build strong Schindler business process knowledge to create impactful reports for our Group and Country management so that they can lead with data insights. You will organize your scrum team in close coordination with the product owner and scrum master. You will gather requirements and design best-in-class Power BI reports in collaboration with experts from different parts of our business (mainly Global Finance and other Global Functions). You will report to the CoE Digital Analytics Team Lead in Madrid and be part of the Global Reporting Solutions (GRS) of Schindler based in Ebikon, Switzerland.

Candidates need a well-rounded background to balance the line between IT and the business.
You will mainly be responsible for the following tasks:
Advance data modeling skills with a focus on consistency, simplification, and improving understanding.
Focus on middle and long-term developing planning to meet overall project goals.
Manage the backlog of your scrum team by breaking down and prioritizing requirements so that your team can ship value every sprint.
Align vision accordingly with Product Owner by making it happen.
Lead your team by defining clear sprint goals and sprint backlog.
Demo your new or enhanced reports to gather user feedback to ensure usefulness and impact of our solutions.
Test the results of your reports thoroughly with your team to match the expected results.
Support Business Change Managers on our Standard Reporting solutions adoption country-wise.
We Elevate... Your Best Self
At least 4-5 years of experience in various BI projects with solid knowledge in one of the leading BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Einstein Analytics, or Tableau) for data analytics, visualizations, reporting. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or engineering.
Full BI lifecycle experience (from requirement gathering to data collection up to reporting).
Strong problem solver and ability to translate business needs into impactful reports.
Evangelist for change management and driving digitalization within a multinational environment.
Strong business knowledge of the Sales process related to Funnel management as well as Performance analysis. Knowledge of CRM systems and SAP FI/CO modules is a plus.
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. Empathic and team player.
Highly organized; able to structure and manage large quantities of complex information. Knowledge of Confluence and Jira software is a plus.
Proficiency in English and proactive communication effectively with all levels of staff and management.
Ability to challenge value and ideas, prioritize on critical paths for success. Proactive risk finder and coordination across teams.
